Be-And-It-Is Offers Meditation

Be-And-It-Is is committed to providing the residence in the metropolitan area with motivational course that may be used to sustain our lives. This month’s focus will be on mediation.

The highlighted service of the month is Meditation.

What do you think meditation is?

Most believe that mediation is concentration, loss of control, exercises and mental effort. WRONG!

MEDITATION IS…

Meditation is a state of thoughtless awareness. It is a state of profound, deep peace that occurs when the mind is calm and silent, yet completely alert that takes us to a higher level of awareness. This enables us as to fulfill our true human potential.

Most believe that mediation is concentration, loss of control, exercises and mental effort. WRONG!

Below are just 10 VERY IMPORTANT benefits of mediation.

·         Mediation is the number one most effective form of stress reduction.

·         It increases our happiness and health

·         It increases wisdom and gives us perspective.

·         The more we meditate the less anxiety we have.

·         We become more creative.

·         Research show that meditators show more empathy and compassion.

·         It has been proven to improve our memory.

·         It brings body, mind and spirit in harmony.

·         It changes attitudes toward life.

·         Mediation allows us to experience a sense of oneness.

While there are many things in life that we do not have control over, we do however have a responsibility and control over our state of mind. By meditating, we will learn the patterns and habits of our own mind which strengthens us giving us more positive ways of being. Such experiences can hae a transformative effect and ultimately lead to a new understanding of life.

Allow Be-And-It-Is to help make mediation apart of your daily life!
